Allergy information

How to find me
We are located in Llanelli, SA15. Specific collection address will be provided after you order.
Do we accommodate dietary requirements?
Due to the style of our cakes, we cannot offer Vegan, Dairy-Free,
Gluten-Free & Egg-Free cakes options. We work within a kitchen that handles NUTS, DAIRY, GLUTEN and SOY.
Can you 'copy' a design?
While inspiration images are totally welcome to get an idea of design, we WILL NOT directly replicate other cakes for copyright reasons and personal preference. All cakes will therefore be bespoke and unique to each client. We like to describe our design style as 'intuitive.' Meaning, we can connect with certain elements and flow of design to attain a desired outcome or aesthetic.
When should I collect my cake?
To ensure freshness we recommend this to be within 24 hours of your celebration. The cakes will be required to be kept refridgerated so please make sure you have adequate room in the fridge.
When should the cake be put on display and for how long?
All cakes should be stored in the fridge. When it comes to the event/celebration you can display your cake at room temperature. It is highly advised that you store the cake in the fridge or in an air-conditioned room for as long as possible before displaying, especially in warmer months.
How much notice do you require?
Cakes are booked on a first-in, first-served basis. Therefore, it is best to provide notice and pay the deposit fee to lock in your date as soon as possible, in particular for weddings. We receive enquiries up to a year in advance. Alternatively, you can purchase from our Ready to Order options or last minute orders.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Up to 3 weeks of your collection, postponements will be allowed (subject to availability). However, if we have to cancel your order due to an error or illness on our part we will send you a 100% refund.
What cake frosting do you use?
All our cakes are made from scratch, each cake will be filled with luxurious American Buttercream and covered in white or chocolate Ganache.
Do you make fondant or novelty cakes?
I specialise in buttercream, therefore all my cakes are buttercream! I use fondant for some of my decorations on my cakes and cupcakes but I don't make novelty cakes where you would traditionally see fondant covered cakes or figures. However, I can work with your 'theme' to create something beautiful!
How should I store my cake?
All my cakes are buttercream, and therefore must be stored in a fridge until you need to display the cake for your event. Allow the cake to come to room temperature to enjoy it at it's best!
How should i transport my cake?
Your cake should travel on a flat surface, either in the passenger footwell or boot. The car should be clear to ensure nothing will fall onto or damage the cake. Your air conditioning should be on throughout the journey. When collecting your cake, I will always assist you to place your cake into your car!
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, for all orders I take a 50% deposit, then the final balance is due the day of your collection.
I have sent an enquiry, but haven't heard back?
Hang tight, we strive to reply to all enquiries within 4-5 days.
